Description: As a follow-up to the minutes of the fourth meeting of fourth-term TSCRS directors and supervisors on Sunday, October 17 this year, we completed registration of new and old members and collection of membership fees by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 17.
Nine members, however, only provided the last five digits of their account numbers from which the fees were paid, which made reconciliation impossible.
If they claim the payments by presenting their payment slip (and also the Enrollment Application Form for new members) before January 16, 2022, they will qualify as members.
The date of remittance and the last five digits are provided below. Members are asked to claim them at the Secretariat to facilitate reconciliation.
